ABOUT OUR CAMP
At Stand Out School of Music’s Camp Rock Summer 2023 your child will discover all things ROCK! Your camper will learn new music skills, express themselves through music, create their own sound, and most importantly, have fun! Not only will they be introduced to a variety of instruments, they will get the opportunity to build their own functional instrument!
During camp sessions your camper will participate and rock on in group music class, learn some rockin' moves with dance classes, create delicious food with child-safe culinary classes, and so much more!
Every 1st and 2nd Saturday’s of camp session, our campers will have the opportunity to go on an optional field trip to many fun and exciting places, including PlayGrounds of Tampa. On the third Saturday of every session we will host the Stand Out Showcase which is a show that allows our campers to perform all that they have been working on during camp.
Spend the summer becoming an absolute rock star in Tampa FL. We can't wait to have you!
EXAMPLE SCHEDULE - WEEK ONE - DAY ONE

9:30 - 10:30 AM : Rock 101: The Fundamentals of Rock Music
10:30 - 11:00 AM : Snack #1
11:00 - 12:00 PM : Rock Band Group Assignments & Band music lessons
12:00 - 1:00 PM : LUNCH
1:00 - 2:00 PM : Hip - Hop Dance
2:00 - 2:30 PM : Snack #2
2:30 - 3:00 PM : Start to build a functional instrument
3:00 - 4:00 PM : Stand Out Showcase Rehearsals
4:00 - 5:00 PM : Camp Rock Gathering , pick - up

All full day campers must come to camp with lunch and a water bottle. Two snacks will be provided throughout the day. Half day campers must come with a water bottle.
PICK - UP
Please contact SOSM for early drop off and late pick up.
Price for early drop off and late pick up is $25/10 minutes.
CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS
There are no refunds or credits if your child misses camp for any reason.
There is a $10.00 cancellation fee if you cancel your registration 7 days before the start of camp.
